If I don’t have insurance, can I still get treatment? How?
Yes, you can absolutely get treatment. Cash pay and payment plans are available. Please inquire for more information.
What is the cost of treatment?
That depends. The cost of treatment varies by level of care and length of stay. In order to provide the best answer, we need to assess your case on an individual basis. Give us a call and we can take a look at your situation together.
What is the intake procedure?
Before treatment begins, you will be asked to do a telephone prescreening and assessment. It is a short, confidential phone call.
Which program should I choose?
The Process Recovery Center offers P.H.P. (partial hospitalization program), I.O.P. (intensive outpatient program), and other outpatient services. In order to discern which choice is best for you, we recommend giving us a call. When we speak, we can get an idea of your unique circumstances and help you make an educated decision.
What happens after completing the program?
We will provide you with a comprehensive aftercare plan so you can move forward with confidence. Knowing that you have supports in place will lend a sense of ease to your transition. We also have monthly Process Alumni meetings. Our clients become a part of our recovery family and we want to stay connected!
Are your staff members licensed and your program accredited?
Yes. We are Joint Commission Accredited, which means we are a nationally accredited treatment center, distinguished by our commitment to overall quality and the satisfaction of our clients. We have Masters Level Clinicians, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (P.M.H.N.P), and a Registered Nurse (R.N.) to address all therapeutic, medical, and medication-related needs during your treatment.
